So when you think of Tzimmes, Tzimmes is a combination of things together and it’s also something sweet. The combination of everything together is unity, and bringing a community together especially in time for Rosh Hashana to represent a sweet new year. Tzimmes is traditional food, and what Masbia is doing with their tzimmes project is really amazing, getting cooks and chefs together to contribute their twist on a tzimmes.
